1. What are your shipping policies?

We ship everything USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days or Express Mail Overnight. Processing time for each order may be 2-3 days, so please take this into account when ordering. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to make sure this can be accomodated for you. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.

2. What is your return policy?

Items can be returned up to 10 days after receiving them, but you must contact us within those 10 days before sending them back. Items must be in perfect, re-sale condition (aka unworn and clean) for us to take them back. Defective items can be returned for a replacement or refund up to 15 days. Our staff decides whether an item is defective or whether over stress to the item is the contributing factor. Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is considered defective.

3. Why is everything pink? Do you sell other colors?

No, this is a pink only zone. The items we sell must be predominately pink in order for them to be addict worthy. The idea came about after I spent many hours scouring for different items (kitchen things, bathroom rugs, boots, etc) in my favorite color: pink. After being VERY unsatisfied with the selection, I decided to make a one stop shop for all things pink.

4. I saw something available yesterday, but today it is gone....why?

Pink Addict likes to keep things fresh and unique...we do not buy huge quantities of each item, so it is likely to sell out fast. On occasion, we will re-order, but it is best not to count on this...many of these are a one-time only offer!

5. I am overseas...can I still purchase from Pink Addict?

Yes! We now offer online ordering for Canada, France, United Kingdom, and Australia. Do not see your country? Email us through our contact page with a list of items you are interested in and your location. We can see if we can work something out. Paypal is a requirement.

6. I love your graphics! Who did them?

The lovely and talented Miss Kika did all of the graphics on my site. We also offer her prints and pins, but please do check out her site with her AMAZING artwork!

7. Do you ever carry small labels or independent designers?

Yes yes and yes! We love carrying independent designers and crafty goodies. Email information through the site because we would love to take a look at your line.
